Thank you for using CraftNote by Joyolabs Inc ("Company"). Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
Generally, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. As a baseline rule, refunds are available only if you have used less than 3 app sessions AND your request is made within 3 days from the date of first purchase.
Because each interaction generates server and model costs, once more than 3 app sessions are used, or the 3-day period has passed, the service is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available.
Refund requests must be made during the subscription period. If the subscription period has already expired, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, UK, Turkey or Switzerland, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from contracts for purchases of digital services. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE. If you exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days from the date of first purchase and less than 3 app sessions are used, we will issue refunds.
How to withdraw: To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days of first purchase if you have used less than 3 app sessions. After this period, or after more than 3 app sessions, the service is considered consumed.
