Refund Policy

Thank you for using CraftNote by Joyolabs Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Şirketi ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated here or required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights). This policy is consistent with Section 12 of our Terms of Use.
1. How Refunds Work by Purchase Channel
In plain terms: how you get a refund depends on where you bought your subscription.
- Apple App Store purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. We cannot grant, deny, or influence Apple's refund decisions. Request a refund through Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Apple Support.
- Google Play purchases. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. We cannot grant, deny, or influence Google's refund decisions. Request a refund through your Google Play account or Google Play Support.
- Web purchases (Paddle). Web subscriptions are sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. To request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right for a web purchase, email us at support@craftnote.com and we will process eligible requests together with Paddle.
2. Eligibility for Web (Paddle) Purchases
Generally, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. As a baseline rule for web (Paddle) purchases, refunds are available only if you have used fewer than 3 app sessions AND your request is made within 3 days of the date of first purchase.
Because each interaction generates server and AI model costs, once more than 3 app sessions are used, or the 3-day period has passed, the service is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available, except where a mandatory consumer right applies.
Refund requests must be made during the subscription period. If the subscription period has already expired, we will not be able to issue a refund.
For Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, the store evaluates refund requests under its own policies and may take service consumption into account.
3. Country-Specific Rules
(a) European Union / EEA / United Kingdom / Switzerland / Türkiye
If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Türkiye, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from contracts for purchases of digital services. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE, to the extent permitted by law.
How to withdraw: For App Store and Google Play purchases, the store handles refunds and withdrawals. For web (Paddle) purchases, inform us of your decision to withdraw by email at support@craftnote.com. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
(b) United States
For App Store and Google Play purchases, refund requests must be submitted to the store, which decides under its own policies. For web (Paddle) purchases, refunds may be requested from us within 3 calendar days of first purchase if you have used fewer than 3 app sessions. After this period, or after more than 3 app sessions, the service is considered consumed, except where a mandatory consumer right applies.
